About The Job
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager to lead the Funds Oversight pillar. This role frequently interacts with cross-functional partners, members of the leadership team and representatives of Taco Bell’s franchise advisory council to ensure that Taco Bell’s marketing, advertising and technology funds are optimized to drive key organizational priorities. The Sr. Manager is responsible for oversight and governance of the funds via financial leadership and includes providing clear analysis, leading financial forecasts, delivering actionable insights and taking the long view to help drive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator (critical to success), demonstrates a bias towards action, is highly adaptable, drives continuous improvement, and has strong financial acumen.
The Day-to-Day
- Provide strategic financial oversight and control for Taco Bell’s advertising, marketing and technology funds
- Serve as the Finance point of contact for all matters related to the Funds (e.g. policy guidance, financial modeling, ad-hoc requests, etc.)
- Play key role in quarterly meetings with Franchisees in communicating updated financial forecasts, highlighting notable changes, and facilitating questions from the committee
- Drive maturity of reporting and insights for key audiences across Digital, Technology, and Marketing
- Partner closely with FP&A lead on Fund’s impact to the overall P&L
- Collaborate with Control and Franchise committee on annual audits and AUPs
- Ability to ask hard questions, and have the courage to push back when necessary
