FIND is working exclusively with a leading education setting to recruit an HR Manager to join their team.This is a newly created position where the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organisation.
This role is based 100% on site (with some flexibility during the school holidays) and would suit a current HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step into their first HR Manager role.
Salary for this role is to £45K
Duties for this role include but are not limited to-
- Full oversight of the HR function.
- Managing a small HR team.
- Responsibility for managing all ER and HR cases.
- Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new staff.
- Management of employment- Probation, reviews and performance management
- HR Project work as required.
The ideal candidate for this role-
- Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR advisor currently.
- Has managed ER cases from beginning to end.
- Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified- Desired not essential.
- Is happy to be on site every day.
- Has education sector experience, or a compliance led sector.
- Is an excellent communicator- written and oral.
