IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome a Sales Assistants to our team.
Sales assistants play a vital role in IKEA by welcoming customers, assisting with product queries, offering solutions, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: 9th of Nov 2024
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Various contract sizes from 12 to 20hrs per week, to work a combination of dayshifts, evenings and weekends. (both weekend days)
All out part time roles will receive every 4th weekend off

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
• You have a pro-active approach, love multi-tasking, and are passionate about being part of the team but also can work independently.
• You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
• You are self-driven, make clear decisions, and use your initiative daily.
• You prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with strong attention to detail.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• You are always passionate about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
• You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
