Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Write, distribute, and follow up on press releases and media pitches to maximize PR coverage for franchise brands.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, creating content calendars, and actively engaging with audiences.
- Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media platforms, including reels, promo videos, and other visual assets to support brand storytelling.
- Create blog posts, promotional copy, and website content that aligns with Fransmart’s marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to produce content that boosts social media visibility, amplifies PR efforts, and drives brand awareness.
- Support planning, promotion, and logistics for events, conferences, and industry engagements.
- Visit franchise brand locations to document stories, capture content for marketing campaigns, and gather insights for compelling PR stories.
- Assist in onboarding new portfolio brands with marketing toolkits, strategic content creation, and promotional support.
- Contribute to developing B2B marketing strategies for franchise brands, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals, KPIs, and social media trends.
- Perform additional tasks to support the marketing team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, PR, social media management, or content creation (B2B or B2C) is a plus, but not required.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling press releases, blog posts, and social media content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and experience in managing accounts, creating content, and analyzing engagement.
- Basic video editing skills and experience creating short-form content (e.g., reels, promo videos).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn platforms including HubSpot, Asana, and other CRM/social media management platforms.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to craft visually appealing content.
- Analytical mindset for tracking social media and PR performance, understanding metrics, and optimizing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
