Position Summary: The Agency Operations and Production Manager at CCLA is a pivotal role responsible for steering the agency’s daily operations, managing production-based tasks, and ensuring all client deliverables are top-tier. The individual in this role oversees the seamless execution of events, photoshoots, and client communications while fostering the agency’s growth through new client acquisition strategies. The Agency Operations and Production Manager is responsible for the overall performance and service delivery of the agency’s client accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Agency Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal staff queries, resolving operational hiccups and facilitating team collaboration.
2. Client Communications and Review:
- Develop weekly client review agendas, ensuring all client needs are addressed and expectations managed.
- Review and provide feedback on social media schedules, story, and reel content to guarantee alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Event and Photoshoot Production:
- Lead the production of client events and photoshoots, ensuring impeccable execution from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, talent, and other stakeholders to coordinate production logistics and deliverables.
4. Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage budgets for large-scale productions, ensuring all expenditures are within allocated funds and deliver maximum ROI.
5. New Client Acquisition:
- Design and create persuasive pitch decks that showcase CCLA’s expertise and value proposition to potential clients.
- Foster and maintain relationships with prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
6. Team Leadership:
- Provide mentorship, set clear goals, and conduct performance reviews to drive team development and accountability.
- Lead regular team meetings, fostering collaboration across in-house staff and freelancers while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Cultivate a positive, results-driven work culture, encouraging innovation and addressing challenges to optimize performance.

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency.

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Experienced in budgeting and financial management.
- Experience with project management software (Monday)
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
