We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Manager.

Working pattern: working 5 days per week with 2 days off / shift work 6.00am – 2:30pm / 3:30pm – 00:00pm

Salary: £25,000 annually + Service charge

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for:

  • creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
  • being familiar with all menus and all products available.
  • cleaning and setting up tables.
  • taking orders for our wonderful guests.
  • making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
