What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in producing high-quality food in line with company food brief.
- Assuming full responsibility for kitchen operations during the absence of the Head Chef, managing duties such as rota management, food safety protocols, and cleaning schedules.
- Ensuring the food service meets and enhances customer expectations, embodying our company values: Set the Bar High, From the Heart, Raise the Spirits, and Make us the Talk of the Town.
- Assisting in maintaining gross profit margins through menu planning, stock control, portion management, and menu pricing.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety, and fire safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Assisting in ongoing training and development of kitchen team members.
