Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the financial strategy and operations of a Non-Profit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the non-profit sector, a strategic mindset, and a passion for our mission. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, management, and monitoring of the annual budget.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
