- Responsibilities include efficiently managing incoming calls representing our Banking Client.
- Updating customer / Merchant accounts accurately, and leveraging technology to provide exceptional service.

What You Will Need To Have
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Must be willing to be based in office.
- Must be able to start training from November 2024
