Job Description:
Responsible for wholesale business in the USA across all product lines
Responsibilities:
-Implementation of commercial brand strategy defined by general management
-Structuring and searching for new development opportunities
-In charge of developing trunk shows and shop in shops in major department stores
-Management of markets and the wholesale sales team
-Supervision of commercial debriefing, organization and facilitation of sales in showrooms
-Market analysis, active prospecting of new clients, and direct management of clients in
-Ensure that commercial and marketing strategies are applied by our partners and
clients.
-Participation in the development of the collection plan in collaboration with general
management and the design department
-Preparation of sales statistics and analyses to provide feedback on product offerings
-Establishment and management of the department’s operating budgets
-Oversee current wholesale clients and strengthen/develop relationships to grow current
and new distribution.
-Execution of special incentives and strategies ensuring that they generate sales
-Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules and inventory levels internally and
externally
-Prepare and maintain financial reports regarding sales performance, costs, forecasts,
and profit margins to general management
-Lead and Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising, stockroom standards
and marketing.
-Supervise and evaluate employee performance
-Protect compliance with the department stores contractual terms
Qualifications:
-Luxury brand experience
-Proven results in achieving sales goals and managing a healthy business
-Strong business acumen and overall keen data analysis ability
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
-Demonstrates effective leadership, organization, planning and implementation
-Flexible and available to travel on request
-Collaborative, entrepreneurial, with a desire to grow with the brand
