This is a Full-Time hybrid sales position that will cover a Southern territory; North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northern GA.
You will be selling stairs and rails to new construction home builders.
You will be responsible for: Traveling (up to 75%) from your home office to job sites and customer/prospects offices. Managing & Increase existing customer sales in pre-established sales territories. Executing field measures and inspections for existing/upcoming orders or new business bids Drafting contracts for clients once bids are awarded. Meet company sales goals/quotas. Maintain existing accounts, as well as prospect and acquire new accounts.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience Minimum 4 years construction-related experience required. Fundamentals of framing, stair geometry, rail installation, and trim carpentry are highly desired. Basic knowledge of mathematics Willingness to travel to our Maryland headquarters for training when necessary. Adaptable to new software, experience using Outlook, Excel, Adobe

$50k base salary + uncapped commission = $120-150
