Account Executive – Asset Management Software
Senior Account Executive We’re excited to support an Australian SaaS company launching in the United States with its first Senior Account Executive to expand the region. They’re looking for a seasoned salesperson with industry knowledge in property and facility management to create a GTM plan with Mid-Market to Enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with customers in industrial and commercial property markets
- Work with a BDR to generate new leads and sales pipeline
- Ability to share knowledge with customers about asset performance, facility and infrastructure management
- Manage multiple stakeholders and sell enterprise products to C-Suite and Industry owners
- Meet and exceed sales quota with new business and expansion targets
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively build a new market
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of software sales experience or consulting in prop-tech or facility management
- Ability to build sales pipelines remotely and have strong organization skills
- Input data into a CRM
- The hunger to grow a new region and passion to be part of a growing start-up
