The Role: Bar Manager
As our Bar Manager, you will be responsible for designing and leading a cocktail and mocktail program that highlights local, fresh, and exciting ingredients. This is your chance to bring your creative vision to life and develop a drinks menu that is both innovative and reflective of the culinary identity of our restaurant. You will work alongside a talented Wine Manager and General Manager, ensuring that our bar offerings complement the overall dining experience.
This role will allow you to lead a dynamic team, build relationships with local suppliers, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology, skilled in managing a team, and driven to experiment with flavors and techniques that will enhance our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cocktail and Mocktail Program Development: Curate and manage a beverage menu that focuses on seasonal, local, and exciting ingredients, offering unique drinks that elevate the dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire a team of bartenders, ensuring top-tier service and consistency across all beverages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Wine Manager and General Manager to create a cohesive beverage program that complements the restaurant’s food offerings.
- Supplier Relationships: Foster connections with local producers and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and bring unique elements to the bar.
- Innovation and Creativity: Continuously introduce new concepts and flavors, staying ahead of industry trends while crafting a standout beverage experience.
- Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, with a focus on creating memorable guest interactions.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Oversee bar operations, manage costs, and ensure efficiency and profitability in all aspects of the bar program.
