Upscale resort looking for an experienced Executive Chef to drive the culinary operations of the property.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Design and implement innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the resort’s brand and guest preferences.
