Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Manager of Faculty & Physician Compensation and Productivity to oversee physician compensation plans and efficiency reporting. This role supports the Director in managing compensation structures, ensuring compliance with fair market value standards, and optimizing physician performance. The Manager will also lead a team, providing guidance on data analysis and implementation of compensation models.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate physician compensation strategies aligned with financial and organizational goals.

Oversee the implementation and administration of compensation plans.

Collaborate with executive leadership, legal counsel, and HR to develop or revise agreements.

Maintain a database of agreements, ensuring timely updates and communication.

Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and regulatory assessments for compliance.

Serve as a liaison with Cedars-Sinai leadership, finance, and recruitment teams to ensure competitive compensation programs.

Audit salary changes and monitor market trends to align with industry standards.

Supervise and mentor assigned personnel.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum five (5) years in healthcare finance and physician compensation.
