Finance Manager – Benefits (Human Resources)

Associated Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of its Benefits – Human Resources division. This role plays a critical part in strategic financial decision-making, supporting business leadership, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver key financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics, and profitability analysis.

  • Conduct financial research and analysis to support business strategies.

  • Manage financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide decision-making support by identifying profit improvement opportunities.

  • Lead financial aspects of key projects and oversee financial analysts.

  • Prepare clear, concise reports and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Cost Accounting (required).

    • Financial services industry experience with expertise in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, or cost accounting (preferred).

  • Leadership: Supervisor experience is a plus.
