Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Physical Ability – Lift over 50 lbs, climb ladders, and handle electrical work.
Blueprint Reading Skills – Ability to interpret and follow electrical plans.
Safety Commitment – Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Strong Communication – Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Essential for job site travel.
Pass Drug & Background Screening – Required for employment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Electrician Helper, you will:

🔹 Assist in rough-in installations, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire.
🔹 Install trim components, such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches.
🔹 Carry materials and tools to support the team.
🔹 Maintain a clean and organized work area.
🔹 Follow safety protocols and promptly address potential hazards.
🔹 Report progress and concerns to management, providing creative solutions.
🔹 Work in various conditions, including extreme weather and elevated locations.
🔹 Possessing basic electrical tools is a plus.
