Our client, a global entertainment company based in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator
Contract W2
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)

- Department Decks
- Provide administrative assistance and key organizational support:
- Meeting coordination & calendar management which include, logistics, invitations and materials/catering preparation
- Calendar Management; coordinate travel and scheduling of meetings
- Preparation and submission of business-related expenses & travel for Vice Presidents of Cinema Partnerships
- General office management to include ordering supplies/materials
- Supports departmental projects as needed
- Troubleshoot occasional facility issues
On-Screen
- Salesforce
Add file names when we have new trailer
Add new titles and suggest trailer placements (confirm with JB)
Confirm no issues with current trailer placement after release date changes
Platform improvements
Trailer Request Emails (Generic, AMC, Regal and Cinemark)
Weekly Reports (Distributed on Mondays)
- Trailer Charts
- Impressions (on TPS & On-Screen slack)
- Smartsheet Updates
Riley Updates
- Materials
One-sheets
- Placing order
- Coordinate delivery/shipping with P3
Custom Signage, Eventizing, Lightboxes
- Providing specs and all info needed to Creative/Vendor(s)
Follow up on deadlines
Confirm we have completion photos for all locations
- Installation Follow Up (standees, banner stands etc)
Confirm installations are being completed in timely manner
- Studio Materials Inbox
Screening Event Preparation
- Confirming theater(s) are covered with materials
- Confirming theater (s) have preshow content information
- GSS (Screenings & Presentations)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of marketing experience; entertainment industry highly preferred
