What You’ll Do
Data Source Identification:
- Identify and assess potential data sources from both internal and external channels.
- Develop and implement processes for acquiring, integrating, and managing data.
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible for analysis.
Understanding Business Context:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain insights into business goals and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, data-driven solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitive environment.
Technical Problem Solving:
- Define and develop technical solutions for complex data challenges.
- Design and implement algorithms for data analysis and modeling.
- Evaluate and select the most effective software tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Data Visualization:
- Create effective data visualization strategies to present complex datasets.
- Develop and implement interactive dashboards and reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design impactful visual representations that drive business decisions.
Data Quality Management:
- Lead initiatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
- Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address inconsistencies.
Exploratory Data Analysis:
- Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Implement statistical models and data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making.
- Communicate findings in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
What Will Set You Apart
- Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, and Dataiku.
- Strong skills in exploratory data analysis and the ability to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Project management experience with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Advanced Analytics:
- Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize transportation dynamics and data quality.
- Work with large, complex datasets to measure key business KPIs and performance trends.
- Develop data visualizations that highlight insights and drive strategic decision-making.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Engage with internal teams and cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
- Influence process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and provide valuable, data-driven insights.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify key performance metrics and initiatives to drive business transformation.
- Quickly translate conceptual ideas into actionable plans, roadmaps, and timelines.
- Ensure deliverables are practical, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in analytics, OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience in analytics.
- Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
