We are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals and build a strong financial foundation. We are seeking an Influencer and Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be the strategic leader, expert, and owner of our Influencer and Ambassador programs across various platforms.
Your role will be crucial in driving the growth of our creator program, helping us reach and empower more people through innovative marketing strategies. You’ll play a key part in supporting our paid acquisition team by sourcing and managing content from influencers for use in advertisements, as well as creating positive brand sentiment through sponsored influencer posts. Responsibilities
- Define the role of each influencer category (e.g., Ambassador vs. Influencer) within the broader growth marketing ecosystem and develop and execute a go-to-market plan to maximize incremental revenue.
- Strategically build and launch our Ambassador program.
- Source and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of partnerships, from initial outreach to ongoing engagement, ensuring an exceptional experience with our brand from end to end
- Work with various internal teams to align all partnerships with our brand values, messaging, and mission
- Collaborate with the Creative and Paid Acquisition teams to source and utilize paid creator content.
- Manage daily reporting and tracking to optimize campaigns and performance, applying data insights to enhance future campaign efficiencies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Kikoff stays at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Manage influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Acquisition Marketing.
- Data-driven with a deep understanding of measurement and incrementality.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced work environment.
- Data-driven, love diving into analytics, and use insights to inform your decisions (experience with Amplitude and Excel are a plus).
- Current on social media trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.
- Knowledgeable about the Paid Social space, platforms, and how creator networks function and scale on them.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
