About the Job
We are seeking a Design System Engineer with expertise in Angular Material, TypeScript, and preferably some experience with Figma or UX design.
We believe that a design system should be shaped by the needs of our teams, and we are looking for a user-first professional to help define best practices and drive continuous improvement. As a craft leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and development of the OneRoof design system.
In this role, you will:
- Advocate for reusable design elements and their corresponding code to enhance efficiency, scalability, and standardization across enterprise applications.
- Take the initiative in spearheading new projects, coding, documenting components, and building design system tooling to optimize workflows.
- Oversee UI component design, ensuring consistency and usability while providing timely feedback and reviews to refine system guidelines.
- Strategically plan short- and long-term initiatives to continue enhancing and evolving the product.
