As a Software Engineer III, you will play a key role in tackling complex business challenges by designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions. Working within a matrix team structure, you will contribute to critical projects, ensuring they align with architectural standards and business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend individual technical contributions with collaborative teamwork, allowing you to showcase your problem-solving skills and technical leadership.
This position can be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, or fully remote, with work hours based on Pacific Standard Time (8 AM–5 PM PST).
Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of experience with Tririga software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for defined business problems, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects within agile sprint cycles, providing guidance to both internal teams and vendors.
- Advise product owners on technology-driven business challenges, evaluating options and recommending optimal solutions.
- Respond promptly and effectively to software application issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with third-party vendor engineering teams to integrate various software applications seamlessly.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with lease accounting software.
- Strong background in working within a matrix team structure.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve software application issues quickly.
- Experience integrating software applications with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL, specifically in the context of lease accounting software.
- Experience with complex software reports and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Certification in lease accounting software.
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with API integration.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $55.19 – $61.33
- Compensation is based on various factors, including education, relevant experience, certifications, and location.
