Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in at least one of the following stations: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill. (Experience in multiple stations is a plus!)
  • If you’re skilled in just one or two stations, our enhanced development program will help you level up.
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and execute recipes with precision.
  • A passion for creating high-quality dishes and maintaining accountability for every plate served.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, entrées, and pizzas, using different kitchen techniques and equipment.
  • Ensure consistent portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards while following kitchen policies.
  • Stock and maintain adequate food levels at all line stations for smooth service.
  • Properly portion food before cooking, following recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and properly handle kitchen equipment.
  • Execute plate presentation and garnishing according to restaurant standards.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness.
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak hours as needed.
  • Open and close the kitchen efficiently, assisting team members as required.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Communicate proactively to address and prevent operational challenges.
  • Stay flexible and adaptable to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
