Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Services
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to support the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing outcomes, improving processes, and elevating the participant experience. This role also provides coverage at PACE sites as needed and plays a key role in onboarding and training new rehabilitation staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the California Occupational Therapy Board is required.
- Experience: Prior experience working with frail elderly (geriatric) and disabled populations is preferred.
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is preferred.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $47.64 – $59.55

This pay range is subject to change. In addition to a competitive salary, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
