HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance Onboarding: Design an engaging onboarding experience that fosters a strong sense of belonging from day one.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or) 5+ years of HR management experience (construction or trade industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and a tech-savvy approach to HR management.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or willingness to obtain one).
