Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, you play a key role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your role thrives in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment where customer engagement and technology intersect. You’re an enthusiastic brand ambassador, passionate about connecting customers with innovative solutions and providing exceptional service experiences.

Success in this role means excelling in sales, deepening customer relationships, and exceeding performance targets, all while ensuring quality sales and doing it the right way.


Key Responsibilities

Engage Customers Proactively – Connect with a wide range of customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate, demonstrate, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s products and services.

Solution-Based Selling – Identify customer needs and offer tailored wireless solutions, guiding them through self-service options and the T-Mobile app for a seamless experience.

Stay Customer-Ready – Continuously train and stay updated on new skills, promotions, and system resources to deliver the best in-store experience.

Collaborate & Support Operations – Work closely with nearby store teams to onboard customers, assist with store procedures, and secure kiosk assets.

Build Relationships & Drive Sales – Go beyond the transaction by following up, capturing referrals, and driving customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.

Support Customer Experience Beyond Sales – Partner with leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers from account setup to device support.


Qualifications & Requirements

📌 Education:
✔ High School Diploma/GED (Required)

📌 Work Experience:
✔ Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail preferred)
