Key Responsibilities:

Junior IT Service Desk Analyst Duties:

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT customers via phone calls and emails, addressing IT issues and inquiries.

Provide first-line support by troubleshooting IT-related incidents and problems across various devices, including smartphones, laptops, PCs, and printers.

Escalate unresolved calls to the appropriate second-line support teams.

Ensure a high level of customer service for all support queries, adhering to service management principles and processes.

Manage processes for new joiners and leavers, including setting up company equipment.

Offer basic in-house training for users.
