Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps: Design and implement strategic roadmaps for Sales & Marketing systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead Platform Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and Gong to drive a unified Customer 360 strategy.
  • Optimize Data Architecture: Design and enhance ETL processes to unify customer data across multiple systems, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance CRM & Marketing Automation: Improve workflows, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities to optimize sales and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align technology architecture with business growth objectives.
  • Implement AI & Automation Solutions: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, including Einstein GPT and OpenAI, to enhance customer insights and boost sales effectiveness.
  • Lead M&A Technology Integrations: Ensure seamless adoption of sales and marketing technologies during mergers and acquisitions.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect specializing in Sales & Marketing technology.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and Gong, with a deep understanding of Customer 360 architecture.
  • Strategic Vision: Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation Proficiency: Extensive background in CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Frameworks & Best Practices: Strong grasp of TOGAF, business architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, engage stakeholders, and drive enterprise-wide technology alignment.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sales & Marketing tools, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar platforms.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative mindset when working with end clients.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
