Key Responsibilities

  • Define the Vision: Shape and champion the 12–18 month roadmap for writeback and user data management at Sigma. Secure leadership buy-in and ensure company-wide alignment with your strategy.
  • Stay Customer-Centric: Engage directly with users to deeply understand their data needs, translating insights into impactful product experiences.
  • Enhance Writeback Capabilities: Drive the advancement of our writeback features, ensuring they are secure, intuitive, and seamlessly integrated into daily workflows.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive Iteration & Execution: Lead your team through a build-test-launch cycle that prioritizes rapid learning, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment focused on BI, data analytics, or platform products.
  • Strong UX & Design Acumen: Proven experience working with design teams to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, and security. Hands-on experience with writeback workflows, data modeling, or related technical products is a plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to define long-term product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and fostering alignment in fast-paced environments.
  • Startup Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Willing to dive in and do what it takes to drive product success.
