Product & Engineering Lead at Brave Health
What You’ll Do
As a Product & Engineering Lead at Brave Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology and product strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading a cross-functional team of product managers, in-house engineers, QA specialists, Salesforce and EHR administrators.
- Facilitating key team rituals such as planning meetings, retrospectives, and standups.
- Managing the team’s roadmap, ensuring well-defined project scopes and timely releases.
- Aligning stakeholders across the business to maintain transparency and collaboration around the roadmap.
- Driving accountability within the team to ensure thoughtful and impactful execution.
- Partnering with the executive team to track progress towards company goals and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Work On in Your First Few Months
You’ll take on high-impact projects that enhance both clinician and patient experiences, including:
- Developing internal tools to streamline workflows for our clinical staff, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Building patient-facing solutions that empower individuals to engage in their care, such as self-assessment tools and service request features.
- Optimizing claims processing to improve efficiency and enhance collection rates.
