- Proven agency or in-house experience managing paid search and social campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, social media advertising, and programmatic display.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights and improve campaign performance.
- Experience managing teams and training junior marketers.
- Ability to implement tracking tags, pixels, and automation.
