Key Responsibilities of an Online Patient Advisor (Remote)
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support doctors and healthcare teams with administrative tasks.
- Manage complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
- Facilitate communication between patients, partner pharmacies, and labs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines.
What We’re Looking for in an Online Patient Advisor (Remote)
- Experience in customer or patient support, ideally in a remote call center.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including CRM and call management software.
- Additional fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian (preferred).
