Technical Customer Support Representative – Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Assist holidaymakers via email, phone, and live chat before, during, and after bookings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our booking platform and integrations.
- Support campsite managers with queries and provide expert guidance.
- Deliver fast and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve complex problems.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation projects.
Skills & Experience Needed for a Technical Customer Support Representative
- Proven multi-channel customer service experience (email, phone, chat).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Background in e-commerce, travel, or marketplace platforms preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English (fluency in French or Spanish is a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable with remote work; must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
