Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and continuously evaluating treatment plans.
- Apply nursing knowledge and experience to provide care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes, experience, and cost-efficiency.
- Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Advocate for ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care, respecting the autonomy, dignity, and diverse backgrounds of those we serve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or must obtain within five years of hire). Candidates with 15+ years of service or internal hires before January 1, 2021, may meet this requirement without an education agreement.
- Advanced Nursing Degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- Current BLS Certification (required).
- ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification (as required by department/facility).
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
- One year of acute care experience preferred.
