Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Patient Care:
- Support enterprise-wide logistics and transportation management, allowing end users to focus on their core mission, including patient care, research, and education.

Training & Process Compliance:
- Maintain training documentation for end users and ensure adherence to established processes.

Vendor & End-User Coordination:
- Organize and lead weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings with key vendors and end users to review service performance, costs, invoicing trends, and other critical updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Establish, track, and maintain essential KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analytics & Financial Oversight:
- Utilize data analysis and financial reporting to identify trends, reduce waste, and optimize logistics performance.

Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams:
- Work closely with Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain IT, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance supply chain operations.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on goals and objectives while establishing regular forums for process reviews.

Training & Documentation Management:
- Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation as needed.

Employee Engagement & Team Building:
- Actively participate in team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and cross-functional training programs to enhance collaboration and operational knowledge.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Obtain and maintain IATA Dangerous Goods Compliance certification to ensure regulatory adherence in logistics operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong expertise in Excel, analytics, and continuous improvement/lean management.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating documentation, establishing policies and procedures, and developing standardized processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a focus on precision and clarity.
