Initially, this role is equity-based, offering shares/options in the company. However, discussions for venture capital funding are in progress, and we anticipate closing the round by April/May 2025. Until then, you can work part-time with the flexibility to transition into a full-time, paid role once funding is secured.

Role Overview – Flutter Developer (Senior/Lead) – Equity to Paid Role
As a Senior/Lead Flutter Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

- Optimize app performance, debug issues, and ensure smooth functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in Flutter development and Dart programming.
- Strong understanding of mobile app UI/UX design.
- Experience with state management, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with Firebase, cloud services, and Agile methodologies.
