As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will collaborate with wholesalers and regional sales professionals to manage a designated territory, ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and client engagement.

Responsibilities of a Sales Support Coordinator

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for wholesalers, ensuring an efficient scheduling strategy.
  • Arrange travel, prepare correspondence, track expenses, and manage compliance documents.
  • Plan and coordinate sales events, including securing venues, organizing catering, and tracking RSVPs.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on meeting requests to maximize client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and provide timely updates on sales reports.

Client & Event Coordination

  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on client meetings as needed.
  • Distribute sales and marketing materials to clients based on requests.
  • Organize logistics for sales events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships and sales strategies.

Expense Management & Compliance

  • Track and monitor expenses, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in budget planning for sales events and promotional activities.

Qualifications for the Sales Support Coordinator Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in coordinating large-scale meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is based in our Toronto office, with a hybrid schedule:

  • In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Remote work: Monday and Friday.
