Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager

Lead & Inspire Your Team

  • Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations
  • Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and motivation

Optimize Operations & Drive Sales

  • Maximize profits by managing labor, food, and beverage costs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant (full-service preferred)
  • Proven leadership abilities with a passion for hospitality
  • Flexible to work across locations within the region if required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required for California-based roles (can be completed during training)
