If you’re seeking an opportunity to lead daily system operations at our largest and most advanced Distribution Center, the Sr. Inventory Control Coordinator role is the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and movement, collaborating closely with teams across production and shipping, and serving as a technical advisor for system performance. As a subject matter expert, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art automated equipment while developing valuable supply chain and logistics expertise. This role combines digital and physical operations, requiring an active presence in the system to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure peak system efficiency through routine monitoring and learned insights.
- Quickly identify and resolve system, logic, or physical issues that impact workflow.
- Support First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) inventory management by closely tracking system performance.
- Oversee product quarantine and inspection processes as required by the factory.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Warehouse Administration, ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA.
- Engage with peers across multiple facilities and Headquarters for shared learning and support.
- Lead or contribute to shift handover meetings and continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance performance.
- Work cross-functionally to drive process improvements and optimize operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or a related field.
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.
