What You’ll Do
- Act as a key contact for customer queries and written complaints related to sewer flooding issues.
- Provide clear, proactive updates to keep customers informed at every stage.
- Process and manage GSS payment requests quickly and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve complaints within two working days, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
