What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key contact for customer queries and written complaints related to sewer flooding issues.
  • Provide clear, proactive updates to keep customers informed at every stage.
  • Process and manage GSS payment requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints within two working days, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
