What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead product strategy with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and risk management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune, and other security and compliance solutions.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and requirements, crafting detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Analyze security and compliance trends, identify gaps in Microsoft 365 security postures, and use data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
  • Track key adoption metrics and business outcomes using telemetry and analytics to drive continuous improvement in security posture management.
  • Collaborate closely with product design, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop secure, compliant, and scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Work alongside product marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership through technical content, product guides, feature announcements, and educational resources, emphasizing security best practices and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS, with a focus on IT security, compliance, identity, or Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, DLP, and Insider Risk Management.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences with a security-first approach.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer stories, effectively tying product features to real-world value.
