Cybersecurity Support

  • Lead Microsoft 365 security and compliance initiatives, ensuring all security requirements are met.
  • Assess vulnerabilities, oversee remediation efforts, and collaborate with technical teams to implement appropriate responses.
  • Manage incident response efforts, conduct security investigations, and serve as the subject matter expert during cybersecurity incidents to ensure swift resolution.
  • Develop and lead cybersecurity training programs, including simulated phishing tests.
  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to monitor corporate networks, detect security threats, and address breaches effectively.
  • Identify security gaps and risks using a strategic, risk-based approach.

IT Team Collaboration & Support

  • Manage and track assigned projects within the PMO to align with technology strategies.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, objectivity, and openness to innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Provide advanced support by resolving Tier 3 escalations from the Tier 2 team and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Promote best practices and implement a least-privilege approach to safeguard critical data.

Research & Development

  • Ensure compliance with CMMC and FedRAMP regulations and understand their impact on Harris.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and evolving cybersecurity threats.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in network, server, and cloud security and maintenance.
  • At least three years of experience working with cloud-based commercial and government solutions, such as Microsoft M365.
  • Proven ability to analyze emerging cybersecurity trends and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
