Salary: £9,984.00 (Increases to £10,483.20 from April 1, 2025)

Key Responsibilities of a Service and Sales Assistant

• Deliver exceptional customer service to students living in our residences
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site issues with professionalism
• Assist with sales and marketing activities to ensure occupancy targets are met
• Maintain student records and update the database
• Plan and organize student engagement events to create a vibrant community
• Ensure health and safety compliance within the residence

Preferred Qualifications

• Carbon Literacy training or willingness to undertake relevant courses
