We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Weekends team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers.

Customer Service Weekends – Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through email, social media, live chat, and occasional phone calls.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a calm, friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer service standards.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and written English.
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable (training provided).
- Ability to apply customer service policies consistently and effectively.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple queries simultaneously.
- Located near Bromborough, a 20-minute drive from Liverpool City Centre.
