Your Role as a Young People Support Worker (Part Time)
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help young people build resilience and life skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, following safeguarding procedures.
- Assist young people in developing essential skills, including budgeting, cooking, and personal care.
- Collaborate with local agencies to create tailored support plans for each individual.
- Promote education, training, and employment opportunities to enhance independence.
What We Look for in a Young People Support Worker (Part Time)
- Experience working with young people, especially those facing homelessness or leaving care.
- Knowledge of risk assessments and support planning.
