Key Responsibilities of a Part-Time Sales Team Leader
- Lead and manage a team of outbound SDRs focused on acquiring new restaurant partners.
- Monitor sales performance, ensuring KPIs like conversion rates and commercial value are met.
- Conduct regular call evaluations, providing detailed coaching on communication, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Implement sales campaigns using Salesforce, optimizing outbound contact strategies.
- Drive motivation, ensuring SDRs remain engaged and deliver top-tier sales performance.
- Analyze reports, track sales data, and develop action plans to improve efficiency.
What We Look For in a Part-Time Sales Team Leader
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to coach teams and deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Experience with Salesforce and High Velocity Sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during non-core business hours.
