Requirements
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Must achieve 90% or higher on the Interpreter Assessment.
- One year of interpreter experience, or a combination of education and experience, will be considered.
- Preference given to current team members certified under the Tyson interpreter program or those with a language certification from an academic institution.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of plant management.
Computer Skills:
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills required.
Special Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
- Must be a team player to coordinate and provide support when needed.
Travel:
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel to external medical appointments.
Language Requirement:
- Spanish proficiency is required.
