JCA is hiring a Site Manager to oversee key projects across the West Midlands, with occasional travel to Manchester and Gloucester. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who excels in site supervision, safety management, and project execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing resources, and driving efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Location: West Midlands (with travel to Manchester & Gloucester)
Hours: Full-time, site-based

Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager
Project Supervision – Oversee all aspects of site operations, including labour, equipment, and logistics.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure full adherence to HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
Quality Control – Maintain JCA’s high standards and ensure all work meets statutory and contract requirements.
Project Coordination – Attend site meetings, report progress, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Resource & Material Management – Ensure efficient use, storage, and security of all materials and tools.
What We’re Looking For in a Site Manager
Proven experience in site management within construction, engineering, or MEP projects.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee teams and drive project success.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and quality control standards.
Relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 3+, CITB SSSTS, IOSH Supervising Safely, CSCS, and First Aid.
Full UK Driving Licence and DV Clearance (preferred).
