Are you a motivated individual seeking an exciting new role as a Working Foreman? CDS Group Services Ltd, a £60 million nationwide main contractor, shopfitter, and manufacturer based in Romsey, is looking for driven applicants with excellent people skills. We are currently recruiting a Multiskilled Working Foreman experienced in shopfitting and willing to travel. The ideal candidate should be based in or within a commutable distance of West Sussex (Worthing & Shoreham-by-Sea). Our projects are set to commence in February, offering approximately six weeks of work for the right Working Foreman. The role requires strong client-facing abilities, as each location will be within our clients’ live working environments. A background in shopfitting, joinery, and multiple trades is essential. Each project involves tasks such as strip-out, cubicle, IPS and vanity installation, MRP, flooring, tiling, decoration, and final cleaning. Work is scheduled from Monday to Friday.
Preferred Multi-Trade Experience for the Working Foreman:
- Suspended ceilings installations
- Joinery/carpentry
- Decorating
- Mastic installation
- Wall tiling
Required Experience and Qualifications for the Working Foreman:
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- SMSTS
- Fire Marshal
- First Aid
- At least five years of shopfitting experience
- Own tools
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license and vehicle
