Where You Come In
- Collaborate with Product Management leaders to support both long-term and short-term strategic product development plans and roadmaps. Assess and champion global and regional feature potential by identifying and evaluating key opportunities.
- Oversee portfolio positioning and brand architecture, ensuring consistency and cohesion across brands, sub-brands, and global markets.
- Define and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new products and core features, working closely with regional leads from initial competitive analysis to evidence planning and messaging strategy.
- Manage B2B relationships with global integration partners, co-leading GTM strategies for key joint product launches.
- Work in collaboration with evidence planning, clinical, medical, and market research teams to design compelling and efficient research plans that support future product and feature launches.
- Partner with competitive intelligence and business development teams to build a continuous pipeline of competitive insights and training programs that enhance regional and local marketing strategies.
- Lead the annual global brand planning process, working alongside Brand Activation counterparts and cross-functional teams to support regional brand plan development and execution.
- Manage a team of three Brand Managers, each overseeing distinct product verticals, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market needs.
What Makes You Successful
- Proven experience building a product line from the ground up in a previous role.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; a background in strategic consulting is a plus.
- Significant international experience, with direct contributions to global projects.
- A collaborative team player, adept at leading projects that require coordination across multiple teams spanning three continents.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, with strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.

Experience & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 13+ years of industry experience.
- 5-8 years of people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
